Challenge

Every routine task began with a search. Staff spent their first hour each day reconstructing state — what shipped, what stalled, and who was waiting on whom.

Solution

We consolidated the tools behind one typed API layer and put a task-aware assistant in front of it, scoped so it can only take actions the user is already permitted to take.

Routine sequences — status roll-ups, handovers, escalations — became one-step operations rather than multi-tool errands.

Results
