To write, design, build and launch your website, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Identity & Contact Data: Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you fill out a contact form or book a strategy call.
• Source Material You Send Us: The pitch deck, README, product notes, screenshots, recordings and existing copy you share so that we can write the site from them. This is the first stage of every engagement, so expect to send it — and send nothing you are not willing to have us read.
• Project & Technical Assets: Design files, wireframes, source code repositories, and structural requirements shared during our engagement.
• Credentials & Access Keys: Temporary deployment access tokens, API keys, or staging environment credentials (e.g., AWS, GitHub, Docker) necessary to implement full-stack architecture or DevOps pipelines.
• Usage & Device Data: Your IP address, browser type and operating system, as recorded in ordinary server logs when you request a page. This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics script, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a consent banner. The performance figures shown on the home page are measured in your browser and never leave it.

Security Note on Credentials: Any infrastructure access keys, database passwords, or third-party API tokens you share with us are stored in encrypted, isolated environment managers and are immediately revoked upon project handoff.

• Retention of Project Assets: We retain your design files and source code for the duration of our contract to ensure proper delivery. Following final launch and project handoff, we archive project materials in secure storage for a limited period to assist you with any future maintenance or updates.
• Client Revocation: We encourage every client to update repository permissions and rotate server passwords as soon as the launch stage is complete. Handover is the point at which our access should stop, and rotating credentials is how you make that true rather than trusting it.
